NORVEL 72 TABLET

NORVEL 72 TABLET	Levonorgestrel 0.75 mg Tablets

Composition :	Each un-coated tablet contains Levonorgestrel 0.75.
Indications :	Emergency contraception within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse or failure of a contraceptive method
Contraindications :	It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
Adverse Effects :	Headache, nausea, lower abdominal pain, fatigue.
Dosage :	One tablet should be taken as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours and no later than 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. If vomiting occurs within three hours of taking the tablet another tablet should be taken immediately. The patient should seek advice from her doctor, nurse, family planning clinic or pharmacist.
