PROVETIN SYRUP

PROVETIN SYRUP	Multivitamin & Protein Syrups.
Composition :	Each 5 ml contains proteolized liver extract (In terms of dry basis, 300 mg) obtained from 1.8 g of fresh liver, Vitamin B12 equivalent of Cyanocobalamin 1.2 mcg, Iron Gluconate 200 mg equivalent to the elementary iron 23.17 mg, Vitamin C 38 mg, Vitamin B12 4 mcg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamin HCl) 3 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 2.5 mg, Vitamin B6 1.0 mg, D-panthenol 2.5 mg, Nicotinamide 23 mg, Calcium lactate 150 mg equivalent to Elementary Calcium 19.5 mg, Copper sulfate 30 mcg equivalent to elementary Copper 7.63 mcg, Zinc sulfate 44 mcg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mcg, Manganese sulfate 30 mcg equivalent to elemental Manganese 7.39 mcg.
Indications :	For protein & vitamin deficiency.
Contraindications :	Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pantothenol is contra-indicated in haemophiliacs and in patients with ileus due to mechanical obstruction.
Adverse Effects :	Hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat, tooth staining, increased urination, stomach bleeding, uneven heart rate, confusion, and muscle weakness or limp feeling.
Dosage :	For adults: 3 - 4 teaspoonfuls daily; For children of 4 - 12 years: 2 - 3 teaspoonfuls daily; For children of 1 - 4 years: 1-2 teaspoonfuls daily: For infants up to 1 year: 1 teaspoonful daily
